Refund & Exchange Policy
- Up to 60 days from purchase. You will need the packing list that came with your order and the credit card used to make the purchase.
- Shipping will be refunded only if the item was shipped incorrectly, damaged or defective and it is the only item on the order.
- Item must be returned in original condition and in original packaging.
- Promotional and free items: Promotional items and free items must be returned with the merchandise it was offered with in order for an exchange or refund to be processed. In addition, promotional and free items are non-returnable by themselves. Example: Purchase and get an item free — the free item will not be refunded for any reason. In addition, if the purchased item — in this example the blow dryer — is returned for a refund, the free must be returned as well.
- Gift Cards: Not returnable or refundable for cash, except in provinces where required by law. Not replaceable if lost or stolen.
- All credits will be applied to the original form of payment. For credit card purchases please allow 1 billing cycle for credit to appear on your billing statement.
